It is unfortunate that you can only choose one category of service provided by the realtor.  I have known Olga for about 4 years and in that amount of time she has been my rental agent, home finder and home seller.  I choose listed and sold a home as the service provided as that was the most  difficult process that I had to undergo.  She was right there with me, encouraged me to be patient and gave me confidence to continue on.  She, at the same time, ran interference with the other broker very skillfully.

I do not have one complaint that I could state about Olga.  She has done stellar work for me.  She intuits what you want, never brings you to see either something you wouldn't want or something you can't afford.  She is an excellant communicator and is very patient.  I have the highest regard for Olga.
